Waldron Construction, LLC, is a
full service construction firm familiar with building, planning and design issues in
the New York metropolitan area. Formed in 2009, we have completed
building projects in the Tri-State area as well as many other
states around the country for a variety of residential, mixed-use,
commercial, industrial, hospitality, interior design, office,
educational and religious development projects. The three Partners and
various Associates bring together a collective experience in
building, planning and real estate development. EMW is dedicated to seeking clear, practical solutions to all
design and building projects in which we are participants.
Firm History
EM Waldron Construction, LLC is the product of three accomplished New Jersey architects’
decision to collaborate. Keith Michels, Robert Waldron, and Arthur Michels each have more than twenty-five years of buidling
and architectural experience and impressive portfolios of past work. Together, the partners have assembled a team of more
than twenty talented architects, project manager professionals, and support staff at EM Waldron Construction.
